1. Serviceable Locations

We deliver across India to all major cities, towns, and serviceable pin codes via trusted courier and logistics partners.

2. Delivery Timelines

Orders are usually processed and delivered within 3-5 business days after plan maturity or redemption request.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: Free for all prepaid orders above ₹1,000
• Orders below ₹1,000: A nominal delivery charge may apply (displayed at checkout)
• Saving Scheme Deliveries or Redeemed Orders: May have separate delivery arrangements as per plan

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking ID and link via SMS or email. You can track your order status anytime using the tracking link or by contacting our customer support team.

5. Packaging & Insurance

• All jewellery items are securely packed in tamper-proof, damage-resistant packaging.
• Every shipment is fully insured until delivery at your doorstep.
• Please do not accept delivery if the package appears tampered or damaged.

6. Delivery Attempts & Re-shipping

• Our delivery partners will attempt up to 2 re-deliveries if the initial attempt fails.
• In case of non-availability or incorrect address, the product may be returned to our warehouse.
• Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch due to failed delivery attempts.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at the time of placing an order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or non-delivery.

8. DigiGold/DigiSilver & Virtual Products

• DigiGold/DigiSilver purchases are stored securely in certified vaults.
• Physical redemption of digital gold/silver is subject to plan conditions and may involve additional delivery charges.
• Delivery timelines and conditions for redeemed products will be communicated separately.

9. Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:

• Natural calamities, lockdowns, or national emergencies
• Transportation strikes or courier delays
• Incorrect customer details
• Unforeseen logistic issues
